If we can positively influence behaviors, we can produce a more effective and comprehensive wellness outcome. I view wellness from an individual- whole-person perspective and address the unique needs of each person. I use a combination of proven approaches and techniques that include the Transtheoretical Model, Motivational Interviewing, and Appreciative Inquiry. These tools are helpful in achieving a lifetime of wellness through behavior change strategies.
